The Albule Waters are sulfuric, hypothermic. They preserve the name given to them since antiquity because of the whitish color (from the Latin adjective "albula" = whitish water) due to the gas emulsion that forms on the surface, when, as the pressure decreases, release carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide before dissolved in water. The waters flowing from the two Regina and Colonnelle lakes, north of the Tiburtina road, reach the spas in the amount of 3,000 liters per second. Mineral water constantly keeps the temperature of 23 ° C throughout the year. In the 19th century there were chemical analyzes that confirmed the therapeutic powers of the Acque Albule.

CURE INHALATION

The therapeutic possibilities with inhalation therapies are numerous. In respiratory diseases, inhaled therapy is particularly effective for the treatment of: relapsing bronchitis, chronic catarrhal bronchitis, bronchial asthma and emphysema in forms associated with inflammatory manifestations of mild to moderate degree.

In otorhinolaryngological diseases, inhaled care is indicated for the treatment of relapsing rhinitis, chronic rhinitis, allergic and vasomotor rhinitis, relapsing, allergic and chronic sinusitis, recurrent and chronic pharyngitis, catarrhal syndrome, rhinogenic deafness, tubar catarrh, relapsing and chronic.

The purpose of inhaled therapy is to contact the ear-nose-throat mucous membranes with the fragmented mineral water and the gases contained therein. Depending on the type of technique used for fragmentation, it is referred to as inhalations, aerosols, insufflation.

Juda-Essenes

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Essenes

The Essenes have gained fame in modern times as a result of the discovery of an extensive group of religious documents known as the Dead Sea Scrolls, which are commonly believed to be the Essenes' library—although not conclusive. These documents preserve multiple copies of parts of the Hebrew Bible untouched from possibly as early as 300 BCE until their discovery in 1946.

Celts

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Celts

Like other European Iron Age tribal societies, the Celts practised a polytheistic religion.[121] Many Celtic gods are known from texts and inscriptions from the Roman period. Rites and sacrifices were carried out by priests known as druids. The Celts did not see their gods as having human shapes until late in the Iron Age. Celtic shrines were situated in remote areas such as hilltops, groves, and lakes.

In all the world’s history, if there was one person who truly understood love it was probably Rumi. Rumi was a 13th-century Persian poet, jurist, theologian, and Sufi mystic who believed that universal love was the cornerstone of spiritual living — so much so that he wrote about it in nearly all his poems and talked about it in all his speeches. But he talked about more than that.

Portugal

Descendants of Essenes, the Cathars also lived in Portugal and had an enormous influence on the life and culture in Portugal:

Catharism itself was a Christian religious movement with dualistic and Gnostic elements that appeared in the Languedoc region of France (Occitania at the time) around the middle of the 12th century. The movement was branded by the Roman Catholic Church as heretical with some authorities denouncing them as not being Christian at all. It existed throughout much of Western Europe (including Aragon and Catalonia in Spain, the Rhineland and Flanders in Northern Europe and Lombardy and Tuscany in Italy), but its focus was in the Languedoc and surrounding areas of what is now southern France. In addition it had links with the similar Christian movement the Bogomils (Friends of God) from the Balkans. The Cathars were ruthlessly suppressed and finally exterminated by the Catholic Church in the 14th century.

The Cathars believed that there were two principal powers in the Universe. One, God, was entirely good and dwelt in a condition of pure Spirit and Light, while the other, Satan/Lucifer, "the prince of this world" was entirely evil and ruled over the world of Matter, hence their rejection of physical pleasures.
