A new community
A new village will be developed based on life before 1500 making it to an inspiration for new life in the spirit of the founding fathers of Portugal. The theme of the new village is: Share, Care and Embrace finding New Ways in Wisdom and Beauty. Our Duty.
The objective of the new lifestyle, sustainable and carbon low village is to create a new community where people live in a new quality environment, new circumstances expressing the wish to stimulate sharing and caring behavior between humans and their relation to nature making the weakest chain to the most important and leading in all plans for the community and life.
One of the mentioned wisdom analyses is that sustainability and green economy can be used for shaping new wealth, jobs and income. Besides that we have to develop decentralized energy production and distribution, different relationship on different levels of the community such as producer and customers, communal government and citizens, landowners and workers, house owners and renters, but also new forms of wages as payment for work, new community work, new contracts and responsibilities for the community and for it's members.
The community as a whole, as an entity plays an important, leading role in fulfilling the objective and should be seen as an experiment creating new developments and perspective for a better life in rural area's with a decreasing economy and social life expectation resulting in the moving out of young, talented and educated people, depopulations of regions.
Our proposed new way of living knows many revolutionary solutions to be tried:
1. All buildings in the village are in ownership of the community
2. The community is owned by a foundation, having no surplus because all of the profit will be re-invest in the community or in special development funds
3. The foundation organizes the governing of the community and the fulfilling of it's objectives
4. The foundation organizes all life and necessary steps to build up community such as
- minimum amount of constructed houses and facilities
- construction of facilities such as schools, library, kanteen, restaurants, shops, central hall, church, farm and farmland, greenhouses, spaces for small businesses such as manufacturing, foodproduction, services, etc.
- academy for new lifestyle based on 1500 life in Portugal doing historic research in cooperation with local universities and working on implementation of it in architecture, culture, religion, courses personal development and community leadership, etc.
5. Members of the community pay at the beginning 10.000 euro contribution and sign agreement of working for the community for 5 years, 24 hours a week (have to find the right balance in the rules and contracts. Principle is the same that we look for generating differently workforces and production within the community)
6. The community has it's own solar power plant which produces free electricity for the whole community and it's members but can also deliver to electricity company for the national grid. Because the low price to be received for delivered energy and also because the aim is to stimulate decentralized energy production the solar power plant should be developed in the direction of a cooperation finding out the possibilities of delivering also cheap energy to surrounding neighboring cities
7. Members of the community will get after payment of 10.000 euro and signing contract for 5 year, 24 hours per week work for the community
- free house, electricity, food and education
8. All the work in the community will be organized in this way. Only there where no member can be found external workforces will be attracted or in those circumstances that the market of the produced goods is bigger then the community and starting up of new company is feasible the work relation between company owner and worker(s) will be different. These exceptions of the rule have to be discussed and find the right way to act upon.
9. The community stimulates education in new tools and production, new innovation and markets. Therefore consultants will help with advice and cheap buildings will be offered
10. As first start we aim on 100/200 houses. The first 50 houses will be build with external workforce and companies in the latest sustainability and Gnostic knowledge making use of the 1200 geometric knowledge about architecture and construction. After that the aim is to build and construct with own workers.
11. Our priority is to live according the lifestyle and faith of Portugal from 1150 till 1500 inspired and stimulated by first Christians, Essenes, Cathars and Templars.
12. Different expression and faith can also be developed or have a place within the community.
Farming and working community, economic activity
Adjacent to the resort a village will be erected with farming, green house, food production facility, solar plant, starting business facility, education for enlarging tools, market research and a development fund as economic activity. Important inspiration for farming will be biodynamic farming inspired by Rudolf Steiner but also other inspirational models are invited such as the latest sustainable techniques of solar cropping using solar plants to collect rainwater for irrigation but also introducing the exploitation of solar energy as part of income generating for farmers in Semi Arid Climate zones such as in Portugal and Spain.
As part of the roadmap for80% carbon reduction in 30 years and stimulation of a biobased economy new products will be introduced in the modern farming and that is producing for the new to be developed industry of the production of products made from celluloid such as for instance construction materials.
The solar plant will produce electricity for the resort, village, farm and production/business acticities with a cooperation as organisational model. The surrounding cities and region with business, institutions, inhabitants can also become member of our cooperation and work with us on a decentralized model of the generation of electricity.
The development fund is part of the network of resort, village, production identities, business en organizations and advisable to also be introduced to surrounding government of cities and region sothat it can get the function of regional development fund for the stimulation and enhancement of life in all its diversity in the region.
Example of new communities
Each guest is given the opportunity to recover and improve their health by stimulating their vital life and healing forces, which are frequently either ignored or forgotten, in a natural, balanced and harmonious way.
Auroville wants to be a universal town where men and women of all countries are able to live in peace and progressive harmony above all creeds, all politics and all nationalities.
The purpose of Auroville is to realise human unity.

Confirmation since 1992
(10, 100, 1000x a day for many years, since 1992. Now praying under a cold shower in the morning and evening):
- I'm fit, rich and powerful by which I am at service to humanity. A lady helps me in my work. A Contract with God, a contract with my son, a contract with Asia Centre Europe, a contract with Mathew and a contract with God.
Stretching my arm with a stick, 100 breaths (in the morning and evening for 15 minutes). Since 2 years extended my exercises to my whole left body which is since my accident on my 13th and heavy meniscus surgery on my 19th in a lesser shape because of damage to several nerves in my neck. The extra time and attention is helping me enormously and brings progression to my whole body for which I'm deeply touched and grateful. It brings me closer to God, my fellow humans, nature, the world, the Universe, my self.
Prayer in the lotus sitting every day before going to bed after yoga exercises: candle with legs in the air, stretching and position candle and knees around my head (3 positions 50, 25, 50 breaths). Exercise for 20 minutes since 1994 every evening. Till 2014 with almost no failure to do so. Last 2 years changed exercises inside for stretching and exercises outside for several hours per day.
