SELF REALISATION
We want to look at self realisation for a human seen from the perspective from Europe and China enlighting the knowledge written by Socrates, the Creece philosopher and Confusius, philosopher from China both in the same period of time around 5th century BC and look how it shaped the different societies seeing from the perspective of self realisation for a human and how it creates a ideal situation where to strife for, being a task for life. How do the respective societies, culture look at developing yourself and with that a society to a higher level. How important is it to work on the ideal of a better world, especially now it is so important to heal the earth now threats of totally collapsing and destruction of the environment is there and almost not to be avoided.

SELF REALISATION IN PORTUGAL, THE FUTURE RESORT, THE NEW VILLAGE.
The wisdom and healing capacity of Portugal creating prosperity, progress and happiness for inhabitants being able to adapting knowledge and wisdom from other communities integrating it for own progress seen from the position where we as worldcommunity now come to new plans and roadmaps to be incorporated in a very short period of time avoiding destruction of the Earth. The aim of our project is to learn from the past and come to the implementation of new programs of carbon reduction. Being the example in the world how to create a healthy life and society. How to come to self realisation? For us individual, for us as society.

Through history communities have developed an own capability to heal their own problems and illness making use of what nature and the spiritual world is offering. Whole Europe have been worshipping Nature with its Gods and herbs, bathing have been helping humans to live a healthy life. After Christianity have been forced on being accepted communities had to change their way of living. What can be seen in the culture of Siberia in Russia in the video further on this page is that the whole system of wise, medicinemen capable of communicating with the Spiritual world, nature, with trees, animals, etc., being clairvoyant and understanding the signals the spiritual world wanted to tell making use of the healing power within nature with herbs, bathing, energy being passed on for 29.000 of years from generation to generation, has been killed and destroyed by the Orthodox Church with their INQUISITION.
What we want to understand is the destruction that took place by the Spanish Inquisition in Portugal and Spain and what healing power have been killed by the Catholic Church taking over the whole relationship a human has with God and come with a complete set of rules and prohibition creating slaves of the Church and the establishment. What has been done in Russia with the research opening up the repression, slavery and unhealthy life that developed afterwards with many diseases after being healthy for so long serving humanity. This selfhealing capacity offering humans help in their selfrealisation and with that also the selfhealing and selfrealisation of a community we want to understand within the Portugese society till 1520 the Inquisition came and the Catholic Church and Spain took over Portugal and in our opinion "Portugal lost its soul".

Portugal had also a system wise medicine woman, the Parfaites as they have been called in the land of the Cathars in South France. For centuries this healing capacity worked incorporating the knowledge that was already within the society and a high wisdom have been developed. This forcefully killing of the structure of a society and with that taking away the selfhealing power and strength for selfrealisation we want to bring back, go back to the roots of the society, learn from villages, elderly people, knowledge within the culture, understand the spiritual life, procession and celebrations, prayings that are not from the Catholic Church and try to bring back the life of 1500 in Portugal, how people and society healed themselves and came to realisation, worked on progress, becoming healthy and happy.

EXPRESSION OF WISDOM IN DIFFERENT CULTURE

GREECE BY SOCRATES,
CHINESE BY CONFUCIUS
BOEDDHIST WISDOM:
Death smiles at us all. All a man can do is smile back.

TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE:
"Heaven abides so that we have virtue.
Earth abides so that we have qi.
When virtue flows and qi is blended, there is life."

"The relationship is just given whatever it is, .... and so you have to cultivate yourself as a human being to be more and more in the kind of righteousness, or in a kind of natural order in yourself, in a kind of harmony with yourself and with the universe."

JUDAIC BY JESUS
(Gospel of Thomas - Dag Hammadi being a source of high inspiration for Cathar society and with that also the society of Portugal because of the many Cathar refugees fleeing to Portugal in the 13th century becoming part of Portugese society)
-"If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you".

NEAR EAST BY SUFI:
Much of the pressure we feel in our life comes from the dominance of our mind stream, our self-talk. It’s helpful to notice that self-talk has two partners: the one who’s talking and the one who’s listening. We explain things to ourselves as if there were two of us. To create a pause in the middle of self-talk, try saying to yourself, “Stop talking for ten seconds.” You might be amazed to find how well it works! It may not last very long, but ten seconds is quite possible. In that pause, relax, take a breath, do nothing.

Christianity and Ecology:
Wholeness, Respect, Justice, Sustainability
2 Themes out of the wisdom teachings of Christianity:
The emergence and transformation of Christian ecological virtue ethics illustrates a need to a praxis of frugality, humility, esteem for everykind, beneficence, and justice toward all. Also, it grapples with dilemmas of human intervention in natural processes, lifting up theological pointers and ethical imperatives for the age of high technology and genetic manipulation. In other words, show bio-responsibility for places and species (be stewards of life's continuity); respect the evolutionary wisdom and divine activity embodied in the natural world; be accountable to the common good and to future generations; foster a communal and less resource-consumptive vision of “the good life.”

A human is obligated in every place and pursuit, to express respect and care for Earth as God's creation and life's home, while seeking justice for biodiverse otherkind as well as humankind. Ecojustice, the focus of several recent publications offers a dynamic framework for thought and action that fosters ecological integrity with socioeconomic justice through constructive human responses serving both environmental health and social equity. In this spiritually-grounded moral posture, all beings on earth make up one household (oikos) which benefits from an economy (oikonomia) that takes ecological and social stewardship (oikonomos) seriously.
The four basic norms of ecojustice ethics include:
- solidarity with other people and creatures—companions, allies, victims—in the earth community, reflecting a deep respect for creation;
- ecological sustainability—environmentally fitting habits of living and working that enable life to flourish and utilizes ecologically and socially appropriate technology;
- sufficiency as a standard of organized sharing, requiring basic floors and definite ceilings for equitable or “fair” consumption;
- and socially-just participation in decisions about how to obtain sustenance and to manage community life for the good of the commons.
